It probably has to do with sharing a large amount of files (or having
previously shared a large amount of files).  I've found that UrnCache locks
for quite awhile while reviewing whether or not modification times have
changed on pre-cached files.  Since FileManager waits for that to finish
prior to loading, it appears as though it takes longer for files to start
loading.  If it is worse with larger amounts of shared files, that would
make sense because multiple copies of LimeWire are hitting the disk and
causing it to react slower.
