I seen this today. I downloading 600 Mb file, it was at 80%, after restart limewire it says about many megabytes lost in corruption, and percent was dropped to 30%. I have dialup connection and such fault was unacceptable... I played with IncompleteFileManager.java source and add intervals (nearly all file) to partialBlocks, restart lime, file was re-checked, and percent was return to 75%, which was acceptable enough... May be some malicious servent sent broken hash-tree? May be possible add menu item something like "recheck downloaded data" to verify chuncks for whole downloaded size?
