How can the Windows offline installer be only 2.7 MB?

There's a post on the LimeWire programming message board that asks this q=

Limewire's 2.7 mb offline installer size seems unbelievable if it indeed =
contains a JRE. Does anyone know about this? How is it done, if it's true=
?
