We might be talking about different things.  What are you right-clicking on
to see icons?  If it's anywhere that brings up the menu with 'Restore',
'Move', 'Size', 'Minimize', 'Maximize' or 'Close' -- those are built by
Windows.  We (and Java) do nothing to make that menu.
