Glad you like the idea, I stumbled over posts of angry users that have been 
attacked by viruses *g* and I thought this could be a great way to get in 
touch with limewire development. It also would give the users more trust in 
filesharing ...

Till now most work is limewire-independent like writing plugins for 
different scanners (for now only antivir and clamav are supported) as well 
as autodetection for installed scanners, I'll let you know my questions when 
starting working with LW's code...
