Hi Theodore,

If what you do is significant and meaningful to us, bounties are not 
strictly limited to items on the wish list.  That's how almost all the 
contributors from the awards page received compensation (much of that 
work was before the bounties were even on the wish list!).  If a 
potential bounty is extremely important to you, it might make sense for 
you to run your ideas by us to make sure we like them.  =)
