The whole http://www.limewire.org/ website was still unavailable (and not at least the translate page at http://www.limewire.org/translate.shtml). but the website was responding to pings. Most probably, this was an error in a new configuration of your firewall, if you have setup a new DMZ for the webserver (so the web site may be accessible from your LAN-side connection, but not from Internet).
