[gui-dev] Plastic only working if switching to it manually?

I was just playing with the new plastic look and feel on my Windows XP box and I get this look and feel if I switch to some other look and feel (for example the LimeWire theme) and back to the Windows look and feel. But if I restart the app I initally always get the original Sun Windows XP look and feel.
