[gui-dev] LimeWire 4.2.2 international font display

In Japanese Windows environment, it has a problem. LimeWire 4.2.2 draws boxes instead of international characters. So we have to: 1) delete C:/Program Files/LimeWire/jre folder, 2) install latest Java Runtime Edition (Multilingual), 3) change skin to "Windows Theme" or "Classic Theme".
