This is great, Rexx.

The older file was out of date because the program we use to keep the
foreign language bundles updated didn't work for some languages (notably
traditional chinese & brazilian portugueuse).  Since people were submitting
translations for those languages, I updated the program yesterday to work
with them.  So now people (like you) translating in those languages will
have the correct English strings to work off of.
