Complete Norwegian Translation - Done

Hello there. As promised I finished the New Norwegian 100% translation
today.

Too bad there isn’t any bounty on it :p but I’m glad to help the community.

I have rewritten the total

Norwegian language was overall really bad,

as well as adding all the missing strings. So it should be 100%.

I would appreciate at least a reply from you guys, not just an automated
acknowledging service, but thanks for the Limewire PRO full version though.
