Serbian Latin finished

Hi guys,

here is my Serbian Latin translation of LimeWire, it is completed but it needs some corrections that can show up with everyday use.

When you encode this file and publish it on LimeWire website, many people can start using it and report any suggestions to my email address, so I think it is good to have it visible somewhere.

And I appologise for changing some header informations in the first few lines of this file, because I had to enter correct values for this translation.
