Updated Norwegian Bokmaal for 4.12.4

This is a Bokmål / Bokmaal version - and the letter å will be  
problematic for some machines. We use double a (aa) to compensate for  
lack of that FINE Norwegian letter.

OK! I'll support a Messages Bundle for the Norwegian Bokmaal/Bokmål  
(MessagesBundle_no) with 7-8 hours of work and close to hundred  
translations and corrections. No, it's absolutely not complete - but  
I will do my best now and then to do improvements, that hopefully  
will end up in a complete version.

I have joined the translators mailinglist, and read some mail from  
other translators. We'll have to pinpoint an existing problem: The  
two Norwegian versions (_no AND _nn) and the confusion around it. The  
Nynorsk (_nn) version is absolutely not translated to Nynorsk. It is  
probably copied from the Bokmaal version, then altered the Language/ 
Country code. A Norwegian translator on the maillinglist said he was  
willing to try a translation to Nynorsk...good. The problem now is  
that (even in version 4.12.4) the language selection give you both  
the Norsk (_no) and Nynorsk (_nn) at the same line. The result is  
that LimeWire pick up the Nynorsk (_nn) version - and this is really,  
REALLY bad for the time being. I guess this is a quite old Bokmaal  
version that's not improved in any way. It do not contain any Nynorsk  
words, so it should not be accessible before it AT LEAST GOT SOME  
NYNORSK LANGUAGE PRESENT. In this state, the 4.12.4 are way more  
messy than 4.8.2 - when displayed in Norwegian language.

So, the CHANGE LANGUAGE command in the View menu should only contain  
Norsk (Norge) as language option - that refers to the  
MessagesBundle_no file. The Nynorsk version (_nn) would be a nice  
option (for the VERY few, unfortunately, that will use this!). But  
then it MUST be a Nynorsk version!!
