Update2 Japanese Translation + Tip of The Day

I have updated the Japanese Translation file again, following the consistancy with Tip Of The Day.
- updated Japanese Bundle Properties File
- updated Japanese of Tip Of The Day

I don't know you will take up the The Tip Of The Day file or not,
but anyway, let me upload these files now.
