 In https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/pipelines/26381946 there are two
mingw builds which compile just fine with the current setup. Also in
travis there is a macosx build of gnutls which also succeeds:
https://travis-ci.org/gnutls/gnutls

Which version of gnutls do you try to cross compile?

Does not ring a bell. You can disable guile bindings if you don't need them.
