limits for a TLS server based on gnutls

I am designing a new application where a server needs 40,000+ open encrypted sockets to serve its clients and I am looking at various libraries capable to do TLS encryption.

Is gnutls capable and efficient in dealing with 40,000 - 100,000 concurrent TLS sessions ?

Do you know of any open source software that does something similar ?
