Distribution package versions

Hi GnuTLS,

I'm currently working on the GnuTLS packages in the GNU Guix [0] software 
distribution. I generated a question [1] about the versions of GnuTLS that 
we have packaged.

In short, we currently have two versions of GnuTLS packaged, gnutls and 
gnutls-latest, but both point to a 3.7.x release. Do you recommend one 
point to at 3.6.x "stable" release? Would you prefer other software in 
Guix that uses GnuTLS use 3.7.x or 3.6.x?
