I added a debian:testing job now, and a weekly scheduled pipeline build.

This made me notice that SRP is disabled in trixie, which broke
guile-gnutls 'make distcheck'.  This was already reported as
https://gitlab.com/gnutls/guile/-/issues/4 but it would be nice to fix
that in a cleaner way.  I suppose most people don't run 'make distcheck'
though.
