UMN Gopher needs Gopher+ ADMIN block for this, and Gophernicus is not
a Gopher+ server so it won't work. It only has a minimal hardcoded
root menu that contains single item "Main menu" linking to the actual
non-Gopher+ root, so that it can work with UMN Gopher at all.
