Sadly "in their entirety", no.  However -

quux.org exposes these files if you know how to look (appending /.cap to
URLs, etc)

Sadly AFAICT this was never really documented clearly by UMN.  However,
it's also, in traditional gopher fashion, not hugely complicated.
