The order that the protocols are listed in in the firewall script is 
"undefined".

When a programmer says that something is "undefined" he means that he hasn't 
explicitly specified something. In this case the order is defined by what 
some data structure somewhere felt like using at the time.

What you are saying is that you would like any kind of consistent order? ;)
