[update] guarddog and samba

I've just noticed something that astouned me. I disabled guarddog to
copy some files using samba, and after I turned it on again, I still
could use the samba service! I'm not too deep into how samba works, but
to  me it seems the discovery and connection setup is still blocked by
guarddog, although it should be allowed by my settings. Could that
explain why "new" connection attempts are blocked?
