Guarddog Import/Export problems

Hi!

I exported my Guarddog settings a while back and have now tried to 
import them after reinstalling MEPIS 6.0.

Everything seems to be fine except that the User Defined Protocols are 
all duplicated when I look at them in the Protocol window.

Is there a way to fix this?

Does it matter, i.e. will it cause any problems?

I have tried deleting all the user defined protocols prior to importing 
the old settings but the protocols are still duplicated as deleting them 
in the Advanced window doesn't delete them from the Protocols window.
