Open Ports, GRC and Audit my PC

Hello to all. I am a Novice to this List.

I have a strange Problem with control my open Ports with

http://www.grc.com/default.htm

http://www.auditmypc.com


I have forbid in local Zone
SSH, DNS, Ident, Ping 

and forbid in Internet Zone
SSH, Ident

and open manually in both Zones
Ports 8000-8005 for VoIP and 9001 for TV-Browser

If I control with GRC, without Tor and Privoxy:
All my Ports are closed, only port 0 is stealthed, and Ping Reply is
received!

if I use GRC with Tor and Privoxy,
controlled by Torbutton addon for Swiftfox (Firefox):
Ports are open 22 (SSH)!, 80 and 443 (http) and Ping Reply is received!
All other Ports are closed, not stealthed.

If I control with Audit my PC, with Thor and Privoxy:
Open Ports are 21, 80, with a anonymously Proxy, with another 111, 912,
with another Proxy 23!!! And so on.

If I control with Audit my PC, without Thor and Privoxy:
All Port are closed.

Are the Privoxy and Tor enough trustfully? Should I use it, or not? Are
there a better Alternative?

Is my Provider better as Privoxy and Tor?

Use Kabel Modem Netopia 3346N with ADSL and dhcpcd.
