Mutt and Internet radio player don't work.

Dear people,

what boxes in the gui configuration do I have to check to get mutt (I get "Error sending message, child exited 1 ().")
and http://www.srf.ch/radio-srf-4-news/player (I get the player loaded, but no sound).

I run Debian stable.
