No, I wanted one local group to allow discussion of threads that were
in the external group without them being reposted to the world. The
other group would be a "gateway" type group to the actual group on
USENET.

EXAMPLE: rec.something would feed to local.rec.something on Hamster
and it would also be pulled on it it's own. Posts to
local.rec.something would stay there. Posts to rec.something would go
back to USENET.
