what happened to v. 1.3.23.4??!!

I'm in a heap of trouble.  I lost a bunch of hd data,
including my install of Hamster, and the archived .zip
of v 1.3.23.4.  Now, I find that the download of same
from all sites is disabled, i.e. I get an error msg.
to the effect that the file doesn't exist on the server.
I've installed v. 1.3.23.191, but it thumbs its nose
at my mail filters.  (Perhaps this version only honors
filters for script geeks?)

If someone has the v. 1.3.23.4 .zip, and is willing
to share, that would be greatly appreciated.  Short
of that, if there is a way, OTHER than via script,
to get v. 1.3.23.191 to obey mail filters, and
someone will give up the secret, I won't tell.
