I got it working now. In Hamster I added a new
Group called 'Users'

Then I added a new user,
to the 'Users' group (my_name).

My_name has a 'Local mail address' of 'my_name@localhost'
And the [x]'User has local mailbox, useage by Imap-Client'
box is checked.

In Outlook Express I created a new account for
my_name@localhost
Incoming Imap Server = localhost
Outgoing Imap Server = localhost

And it works great...
Thanks for the tip Heiko
