Heiko, Thank you very much for your answer. My server-computer has the IP adress: 169.254.129.82 The second computer has the IP adress: 169.254.129.81 In the "HAMSTER" directory (C:\HAMSTER\) I didn't find the file IPAccess.hst at first. So I made one myself with the standard wordprocessor "kladblok". The content of the file is: ALL, RW, 169.254.129.000, 169.254.129.255 I used the extension ".hst" When I browse all the files in the main directory I see more ".HST" files (in capitals). So there is a difference between the two types of files. Could you please tell me how to create the good type of file. I have tried the mail-connection with my IPAccess.hst file, but didn't see an improvement. Thanks again. What IP do you have on second computer? Please search in helpfile for "IPAccess.hst".
