Mailbox not created

Hi,

I am trying to use Outlook and Mozilla as clients for the IMAP 
server and I can connect and read mail, but when I try to add a 
folder from either client I Hamster says "mailbox not created". 

When I go look at the server directry, it is actually there but the 
client cannot see it.
