you have a number of choices.
You can unsubscribe (remove yourself from the list, can no longer post even
via the web interface)
you can switch to web only (no emails, but can still read and post using the
web interface)
you can switch between daily summary (no more than one email per day) and
full (as many emails as are posted)

to do this either visit the web config interface at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ehamster/join?referer=1

or send one of the following special emails:

[email protected] (web interface/no email)
[email protected] (unsubscribe completely) (you will be
asked to confirm this, but strangely not asked to confirm nomail)
