I could use some advise.

I need a IMAP server to do something unique.  Every new user I add I 
will make a new folder (lets say it is called Alaska_Project).  When 
someone moves email into that folder I need to process the mail.  I 
may need to remove the attachments FTP them to a specific location 
and then delete the mail.  I am looking for an IMAP server with that 
type of flexibility and I ran across Hamster.  Is it able to do this 
type of thing?  How much programming will it take?

Is there another IMAP server that I should be looking at?
