1. Write a script.
   Read the documentation (aka help file) on HamMailExchange, AtClear, AtAdd
   and AtExecute.
   On http://www.arcorhome.de/newshamster/micha/hs2.htm is a short example
   (in german).
2. Let hamster load and execute this script on startup. Read the
   documetation on hamster's command line.

Try it yourself. It is quite easy. If you get it running you may have
learned something about hamster.
