Hamster error. :-(

I am getting the following error on a '98SE system with Hamster
2.0.6.0

2005/06/06 08:04:08 ERR {ff0679a9} cArtFile.WriteRec: Win32 Error.
Code: 5.Access is denied

Does anyone know why I might be getting it please ? As well as how I
might fix things ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
