That's right. If the currently evaluated mail has any hits above
the Notify() line you will be alerted.
Note though, that the rule I gave you was _definitive_. Thus, all
processing on a matching mail will be stopped; the subsequent
Notify line will not be seen. When first playing with rules it's
probably best to place them right above the Notify line and not
make them definitive.
