Setting up hamster for news an email.

Greetings all,

I have read the email,script etc from the recent thread re:hamster 
help for a beginner but I am on dial-up and work nights so a 
continuous check between 8am and 8pm isn't that usefull. Is there a 
script (or can u rewrite that one) to check all servers every 30 
minutes while online, using a manuall dial-up ie not scripted in 
allowing sending of ng posts to two different servers(my isp's  and 
grc's) and getting and sending of email thru my isp. ??

Also I use the bat for email and have set up a new account for local 
mails thru hamster, I've sent 3 emails thru this account and they 
have arrived in hamster but I haven't been able to work out how to 
get them from there to the admin newsgroup in my newsreader.
