Are there plenty of these messages or only a very few?
Do you happen to have the same errors if you try to convert your 
overview to tradindexed (running the same makehistory command)?

Just to be sure, did you follow the steps in the Overview Rebuild 
section of 
<https://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/software/inn/docs/makehistory.html> and 
have ovsqlite-server running fine?

I don't see anything obvious either.  At first I thought you had very 
long lines to write in overview but it is not the case here (makehistory 
has a 32 KB limit because of the underlying quick I/O functions it uses).
