Hi, I've been trying to use ayttm for two way webcam between my machine running linux and my friends's machine running Windows. We have ayttm-0.4.6 on Linux (Fedora Core) and ayttm-win32-0.4.6 n Windows 2000. My webcam works fine and my friend can see it. However, when she tries to send her webcam session she gets the error: "could not read images from your webcam, could not find a video grabber" Now the lists have an answer to this but only for the linux version. Under windows there is no /dev/video, no webcam/xawtv. There alse does not seem to be a Video Capture dialog in Edit|Preferences|Utilities. I gather from the lists that sending webcam from Windows should be possible. Can anyone suggets how to tie the webcam into ayttm under Windows? Thanks Greg PS - We tried the Yahoo Messenger in Windows as well, but that didn't work - blank or grey windows even with jasper installed. Unfortunately I don't have a windows machine to hand to test on. My friends cam works between two Yahoo sessions though. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Oracle 10g Get certified on the hottest thing ever to hit the market...
