Enable Debugging question

Hi, I'm running Ayttm 0.4.6-1 on Windows 2000 Pro at work. I've noticed that although it appears that I can sign on to ICQ, I hardly ever notice other users online, even when I can confirm that some contacts ARE online by using ICQ's web client. To make an attempt at troubleshooting this, I checked "Enable debugging" in the ICQ TOC preferences, but I'm not sure where this output is sent. The online documentation refers to the terminal, but says nothing to encourage us unfortunate Windows users.
