Summary: Support for buddy images

Initial Comment:
I don't even know exactly what it is called, but it
would be nice if we had support for the images people
set to show up for them. I know gaim does this and
obviously this is done in the official AIM client.

It would also be great to be able to set an icon that
it would show on the official and other such clients.

Actually, Gaim JUST RECENTLY added msn buddy icons to
version 0.79 as of TODAY: June 25, 2004!! So all this time
it was actually not supported.

some source code would be cool. it would be even cooler if
you could take over the AOL/ICQ development. ;)
