CVS access fails

I'm following the instructions on the website for accessing the CVS repository for AYTTM and am getting a "cvs login: authorization failed..." stating that the server is rejecting anonymous access to /cvsroot/ayttm. Can someone please verify those instructions on the website are valid? Thanks...
