Summary: 0.4.6 broke Yahoo if using --disable-webcam

Initial Comment:
I used to specify --disable-webcam when compiling ayttm
in versions 0.4.5 and earlier, as I don't have a
webcam, and don't want the overhead. Starting with
0.4.6, however, I had to remove this from my
./configure parameters, or Yahoo would not be
available, with a compile error that file
jasper/jasper.h wasn't found.

PS. I'm currently using version 0.4.6-17, on an RHEL WS 3.0
(Update 2) system.
