Summary: strnprintf missing

Initial Comment:
On some OS's, strnprintf is missing. Like on AIX 4.1

For now I tried to replace every occourence with
strprintf.

Maybe you should make a macro? a configure option to
detect its presence?

I Believe that I have the code working for AIX 4.1, however 
there are some things that AIX 4.1 does not have, or at least 
my ssystem does not. So Could you download -19 from CVS 
and compile and let me know the errors?

All these functions are part of libglib that is required for AIX 
to compile AYTTM. I am currently aiming for this to be the 
major part of -19 in CVS which will hopefully happen soon.

So for now, when AIX is used it will use the glib functions to 
do strcasecmp, strncasecmp, snprintf, etc.
