Initial Comment:
Windows 2000 SP4 - Athlon XP 1800+ - 1024MB RAM

MSN logs in and retrieves my file list fine, but when I
attempt to chat, the program crashes. More
specifically, I open a chat box by double clicking on a
contact, focus the input box and begin typing. The
crash occurs a second or so after I press the first key.

Hmm. Not enormous, but I do have buddies on MSN, AIM, Y!M
and ICQ. I would guess there's an average of 15 names in
each account, so that's about 60 buddies in total.

How big is your buddy list? I can not duplicate this using
the -11, which is the latest. If you give me an email I can

Apologies for the confusion. I was attempting to dry-run
through the starting routine for the program. By "file list"
I mean "buddy list", yes. I was tired, I think.

The version previous to 0.4.6-1 seems to work.

My first impression is of a problem in the WM_KEYPRESSED
message handler for the chat window input box, but
unfortunately my intuition in this respect rarely works. :)

I can not duplicate this on 0.4.6-11 and never saw it on -1,
can you provide me with the details as I am a bit confused
by 'MSN logs in and retrieves my file list fine'. Do you
mean buddy list?
