This will happen if SCREEN_NAME doesn't exist in the accounts file.  I've
only seen this happen if it has been manually removed from that file (which
shouldn't happen).

Closing this bug as wont fix, if it reoccurs, then please state the steps
taken to reproduce it.

Not able to replicate this behavior on my machine (using
latest from CVS.)

Can you please enumerate the exact steps (what did you set
the account-type as, etc.) to rep. this problem?
