So, just for the fun of it, I submitted a talk about ayttm to LinuxAsia, and it got selected. I wasn't sure what I was going to talk about, or even if I'd be able to go to the conference. Well, things worked out, I managed to get a day off from work to fly up to delhi and talk, and spent the entire night before my flight making slides. The LinuxAsia guys named my talk "The state of OSS Instant Messaging" and gave me 30 minutes to talk, which wasn't too much. It was fun though, and the audience was interested, and many people came up to me later to ask how they could contribute. There were a few questions about VOIP support, so if we're lucky, someone might come along and implement it. Here's the slides: http://ayttm.sourceforge.net/conferences/linuxasia2007/ Philip -- Making files is easy under the UNIX operating system. Therefore, users tend to create numerous files using large amounts of file space. It has been said that the only standard thing about all UNIX systems is the message-of-the-day telling users to clean up their files. -- System V.2 administrator's guide ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
