Initial Comment:
I have noticed that when chatting with someone who 
uses the official AIM client, all quotation marks in their 
messages come through as & quot; (without space) 
instead of as a quotation mark.  The attached patch 
simply adds the quot; case into the appropriate if 
structure in the HTML parser code.
