I jsut find it inconvenient to have ayttm occupying space on the task bar when there are no chats open or anything. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Lyle Hanson (lhanson) Date: 2004-03-05 01:19 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=284964 As a workaround for those waiting/hoping for this feature, I'm currently running Virtual Dimension to give me virtual desktops on Windows, and it also gives you a right-click menu on each window's border that lets you set properties for that window (like which virtual desktop to put it on, etc.). One of those properties is "minimize to tray". Once you enable this option, as long as Virtual Dimension is running your app will minimize to the tray and will not take up any taskbar real estate. Nice. (I'd still like this to be an Ayttm feature.) I think it would be very convenient, and is actually one of the factors that made me almost choose another IM client to use on Windows at work (task bar gets cluttered; I still went with ayttm, though ;) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=550747&aid=897608&group_id=77614 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
