Have a look at your prefs file.  On unix you should find a directory
called .ayttm in your home directory.  There will be a file called
prefs in there.  You have two choices.
1. delete this file (ayttm will create it again when you start up, but
you will lose all your settings)
2. open this file in a text editor and remove the proxy settings (you
will need to know what you're doing to do this correctly).

After that, restart ayttm.
