Ayttm v0.5.0-45 Released

Hi all,

Ayttm v0.5.0-45 has been let loose. This is mostly a bug-fix release,
mainly for yahoo protocol related fixes.

Changes are as follows:

* Yahoo protocol updates. Yahoo is working again
* Removed more deprecated functions (thank you Scott Kitterman)
* Tray Icon!
* Fixes to the UI (tooltips beautification, linkification)
* Revived broken auto-translate module
* IRC fixes
* Jabber bugfixes

Please note that some of the issues related to IRC (delayed channel
list download, commands support, etc.) have not been released here
since we're in the process of revamping IRC protocol support. We hope
to put this one in soon as well.
